Book Credits & Trading Policy:
Our computerized system keeps track of your trade-in credits so there is no need to bring in credit slips.
Books we will consider for trade must be in fairly good condition with no missing or torn pages, stains, odors or underlining. Please no textbooks, encyclopedias or condensed books.
Books may be traded in for store credit. Our computer system keeps track of your credit for you. Trading credits may be applied for up to 50% of the purchase price of additional books. CDs will be credited 25% of sale price for both trade and purchase. Book and CD trading credits are interchangeable. Customers that have credit will pay 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit on book purchases.
The Book Bower reserves the right to decline books. Please do not take it personally, we may simply be overstocked on that book, the condition may not meet our standards or the clerk may feel that the book does not have an appropriate resale value for our customers. We value our customers and will gladly answer any questions you may have about our policies.
